Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy
Domestic Orders
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and the shipping time is between 3-7 days. For any type of delays due to varying conditions will be notified to the customer through email.
Cancellation
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Returns
We have a customer friendly and hassle free return policy and accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. However, for the missing product & damaged product, you have to report us within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
We do not accept partial returns for the products sold during sales. If you have received a faulty item, we would be sending a replacement.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In order to process a return:
1. Send an email to hello@happtons.com or a whatsapp on (+91 9324684266) with your order number # and the item(s) you want to return
2. You will hear back from Happtons with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)
3. Enclose the completed Return Form with the merchandise
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

International Orders
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@happtons.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 7 days. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
